  • Please send a quick message after arrival to confirm everything looks good.
  • Before checkout, start the dishwasher, dispose of leftover food, take out trash, lock all entry doors, and close the garage.

Parking & security

  • Park in the driveway only.
  • Do not block neighbors or park on the street.
  • Always lock the house when leaving. Press the August button on the keypad to lock.
  • The door automatically locks after 30 minutes.

Quiet enjoyment

  • No parties or events.
  • Quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
  • Day visitors are allowed, but only registered guests may stay overnight.
  • Please be respectful of neighbors at all times.

Pool, bikes & beach gear

  • Use the pool at your own risk. No diving.
  • Pool service is performed every Friday.
  • Bikes and helmets are in the garage; use at your own risk.
  • Bike lock code: 2034.
  • Beach chairs, coolers, and umbrellas are in the garage; please return after use.

Inside the home

  • No smoking of any kind.
  • Please flush toilet paper only.
  • Keep doors and windows closed to help prevent bugs and lizards from entering.
  • If furniture is stained or something spills, contact us immediately. Please do not attempt stain removal yourself.

Trash & recycling

  • Green lid: garbage.
  • Yellow lid: recycling.
  • Tuesday morning: garbage only. Put out Monday evening.
  • Friday morning: garbage and recycling. Put out Thursday evening.
  • Place bins at the side of the foot of the driveway, handles facing the house.
